Summer. Music. Museum

30 June, 6 and 13 July, 2019 in Istra, the Museum and Exhibition Complex "New Jerusalem" will host the Open-air festival "Summer. Music. Museum". The festival is attended by the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia "Evgeny Svetlanov", conductor Vasily Petrenko (artistic Director of the Festival), Vladimir Jurowski and Andrey Boreyko, Kirill Gerstein (piano), Alina Ibrahimova (violin) and Ilya Gringolts (violin). Three symphonies No. 5 by Gustav Mahler, Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Sergei Prokofiev will be performed, as well as instrumental concerts by Sergei Rachmaninoff, Dmitry Shostakovich and Felix Mendelssohn-Bartoldi. The concerts start at 19.00.
