Vladimir Jurowski is a Conductor of the Year

The Royal Philharmonic Society has announced the results of the annual music awards. On 9th of May the winners were named in a ceremony hosted by BBC Radio 3 in London. The prize for Conductor of the Year at the 2018 went to Vladimir Jurowski – Artistic Director of  the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia “Evgeny Svetlanov", Principal Conductor of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and Chief Conductor and Artistic Director of the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin.
