Radio "Orpheus": Vladimir Jurowski conducts

On 31 August 2017 radio "Orpheus" will broadcast a recording of a concert of the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia "Evgeny Svetlanov". Programme to include Violin concerto No.1 by S. Prokofiev, "Diabolic Suggestion" by S. Prokofiev in G. Gladkov's orchestration, Symphony No. 1 and Five interludes from opera "Lady Macbeth of Mtzensk District" by D. Shostakovich. Soloist - Sergey Krylov (violin). Conductor - Vladimir Jurowski. The recording was made at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall on 8 September 2016. The broadcast will start at 20.00 (Moscow time).
